Jim has over 20 years experience in the relocation industry, including five plus years as President of another third party moving company. He is the founder and CEO of Alliance Relocation Services. Jim has obtained a CRP (Certified Relocation Professional) and also a GMS (Global Mobility Specialist). Jim is a former Board Member of the American Moving and Storage Association and Certified Moving Consultant program. Jim is a graduate of The State University of New York @ Oswego where he obtained his degree in Criminal Justice.

Debbie’s warm personality and “can do” attitude make all of us glad that she is a part of the team.

Shari has over 15 years of Customer Service experience prior to joining the Alliance team in early 2006.

Nicolle has been with Alliance since its start in 1999.

Gene is Alliance’s newest employee having joined us in August of 2008.

Cathy has worked in the moving industry for over 10 years. Cathy is a true Gem to Alliance Relocation having worked in all departments through the company she is one of our “go to people” for resolution and problem issues.

Prior to joining us, Dan excelled in B2B Contract Design/Systems Furniture Sales. As a business associate and friend of Jim Walsh, for the past few years, Dan decided to join the Alliance team with the primary responsibility as the North East Region Sales Representative.

Jackie has worked in the real estate field as an agent, as well as for law firms preparing real estate closings and title work. Therefore she is very familiar with the moving cycle and coordinating the resolution of problems/issues.

Emily works for Alliance part time all year round.

Francye is our fearless Receptionist – she will gladly guide you to the person at Alliance who will help with any matter.

Jo is a 2001 graduate of SUNY Buffalo. Jo loves the fast paced nature of the Alliance billing department and has proven to be a very fast learner.

Emily is a recent graduate of Manhattan College in Riverdale, NY. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with her major in Marketing. While in school she spent a semester abroad studying in Australia.

Prior to joining us Frank worked in the sales and marketing field. Frank is also a graduate of SUNY Fredonia and Ithaca College.

Maria comes to us with a major in art history from Oswego.

Lauren is a recent Graduate of the University of Buffalo.

Marisa is another one of our dedicated College Students who assist Alliance during the busy summer months.

Mary is responsible for National Client Relations and Sales from her Florida office.

Scott is a graduate of Syracuse University and has been the driving force behind the tremendous technological advances that Alliance has made.

Tara is one of our “seasoned” part time college students having worked for Alliance since the spring of 2004.

Kim was the first “non-family” employee for Alliance and has been with the company since 1999. Kim has been working in the moving business now for over 20 years. She has done it all including packing, driving, account coordination and dispatch for Van Line agents prior to joining the Alliance team.

Kim’s can do positive attitude and vast industry knowlege make her a “go to” person on the Alliance team.

Kathy is a graduate of the State University of New York @ Oswego. She worked for many years as a Quality Assurance Manager for an Insurance Carrier. She is a tremendously organized person.

Chris is a great asset to the billing dept. working part time when time allows in between his busy schedule.
